Returns & Refunds policy

At TBR Vault, we want you to be happy with your next great read. However, because our products are digital files delivered instantly via the internet, they are treated differently than physical goods.
1. The "Digital Goods" Rule
Because ebooks are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" or "un-read," all sales are generally considered final. Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your library/email, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. When We DO Offer Refunds
We want to be fair! We will consider refund or credit requests under the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same ebook twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the second purchase, provided the request is made within 48 hours of the transaction.
Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted or does not work as described, and our support team is unable to fix the issue or provide a working replacement file within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.
3. What We Cannot Refund
We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:
"I didn't like the book": We provide descriptions and (where possible) samples to help you choose, but personal taste is subjective.
"I bought it by mistake": Unless it is a duplicate purchase as mentioned above, we cannot refund books once the download link has been clicked.
Incompatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device supports the file formats provided (EPUB/PDF).
4. How to Request a Refund

Details: Please describe the issue (e.g., duplicate purchase or technical error).
5. Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
